Important structure for new clients is getting systems stabilized, planning a realistic budget, taking care of high priority items, then handling lower priority items. Andromeda is great at fixing things when there has been a security incident, but also communicating and fixing recurring issues. They also specialize in providing quality wireless systems and complicated set-ups. By narrowing their focus to the manufacturers of the midwest, Andromeda has been able to develop specialized expertise that they need.
Some future goals for Andromeda are using technology and A.I. where it makes sense, but always working to keep the human element with our clients. Also, working towards being more process oriented as a company. Giving clients an excellent experience.
