- Changes in our email address and other communication channels will be implemented sometime in Q3 of 2026.
We're the same company with the same ownership, the same leadership team, and the same people supporting your business every day. Your services, contracts, contacts, and commitments remain exactly the same.
First, it was time. We've been using the same logo and branding since 2004, and it no longer reflects who we are today.
Secondly, most of our clients already refer to us as "Andromeda". This update aligns our name with how we’re known and how we operate.
- Company Name: The name "Andromeda Technology Solutions" has already been largely replaced with simply "Andromeda".
- Logo: Our new logo images are appearing here already and will be replaced on all our public facing materials and communications over the next several weeks.
- Web domain/address: This change to: "https://andromeda.tech" has recently been rolled out. Look for an email confirming this change shortly. But your access at "Andromeda-Tech-Solutions.com" will not be disrupted; for an extended period, it simply forwards you to the new domain address. Please take this time to update any browser bookmarks or other references you may have to the old domain and URL address.
- Email address domains: The timing of this change should occur around Q3 of 2026. You will be notified by email when the actual conversion occurs and this FAQ item will be updated as well.
